The holiday flat is located in an apartment building directly at the ski slope (ski-in/out). Two garage spaces belong to the flat. Smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat.

It has a large living room with fireplace and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, including a balcony. The flat has 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a sauna in the bedroom of the single beds. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with shower and a third with tub in the holiday flat. The recently renovated kitchen (2021) is equipped with a glass ceramic cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and many other kitchen utensils. A TV and WLAN are available for free use. The laundry room and the ski room are available for general use.
