In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking, single garage. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bar 1.2 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Plaids" 190 m. Skisport facilities 1.3 km, children's playground 190 m. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplatform Il Spir, Baumwipfelpfad Senda dil Dragung. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderg. Schneeschuhwandern, Winterwanderwege etc, Sommer Wanderwege etc. (flimslaax.com). The owner does not accept any youth groups.
