Wasn’t like photos. Hard to find. Above restaurant, very noisy. Got woke up constantly. Floor was dirty and towels provided were thin and cheap like everything else in the apartment. Worse place I’ve ever stayed.

Es hat nichts geklappt, unser Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, als wir angereist sind.

Wir mussten bis 19:50 Uhr warten, um unser zwei Monate zuvor gebuchtes Zimmer mit Küche und Bad zu beziehen.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat mir der kurze Weg zum Skilift und das bequeme Bett. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich von Anfang an willkommen und wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Top Unterkunft Sehr sauber modern eingerichtet ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral. Bequeme und Saubere Betten mit dicken Matratzen schnelles WLAN und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klare Empfehlung wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Katastrophale stinkende Wohnung mit Kotspuren am WC usw.!

Wir haben die Wohnung in einem katastrophalen und völlig ungereinigten Zustand vorgefunden. Kot/Durchfall Spuren an der Toilettenschüssel, Zahnpastaspritzer am Badezimmerspiegel, völlig verschmutztes Bad, klebrige Böden, verschmierter Glastisch, dreckige Kaffeemaschine usw.! Das Checkin-in wäre ab 15 Uhr gewesen und schlussendlich wurde gesagt eine Putzfrau, die 50km entfernt wohne, würde sich fangs am späten Abend auf den Weg machen zum Putzen! Somit haben wir nicht dort übernachtet und glücklicherweise ein Hotelzimmer gefunden spät Abends.

Es ist für uns unvorstellbar, wie man in der Schweiz Gäste unter solchen Bedingungen empfangen und dafür auch noch Geld

Die Lage des Apartments in Flims war grundsätzlich gut: Eine Tankstelle direkt gegenüber und das neue Einkaufszentrum in Gehdistanz. Leider enden hier bereits die positiven Punkte.

Enttäuschende Unterkunft und nicht empfehlenswert. Unter dem Apartment befand sich ein Restaurant, das bis spät in die Nacht für extreme Unruhe sorgte. Einschlafen war praktisch unmöglich, besonders schwierig für uns, da wir geschäftlich in Flims waren. Die auf Booking veröffentlichten Bilder haben uns zunächst überzeugt. Allerdings zeigte sich bei unserer Ankunft schnell, dass diese in keiner Weise der Realität entsprechen. Bei genauer Betrachtung wirkten die Fotos sogar KI-generiert. Wir fühlten uns getäuscht. Das Zimmer erinnerte eher an eine Notunterkunft: unsauber, lieblos und in einem insgesamt sehr schlechten Zustand, die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich jemals gemacht habe. Zusätzlich war es sehr kalt, und der Eingangsbereich war vereist. Wir sind mehrfach ausgerutscht. Es kümmerte sich niemand darum, den Zugang sicher zu machen.
