This quiet Condado oasis is just 7 blocks from the best San Juan beaches, a 3-minute walk to Starbucks and SuperMax (24-hour grocery), and around the corner from the restaurants, bars and shopping of Calle Loiza.
The garden studio features a West Elm queen bed, fiber optic wireless internet, 100KW BACKUP GEN & THREE water CISTERNS (total: 1500gal).
