Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. If you are a light sleeper, keep in mind the party can sometimes go on all night with the music pumping. The shower was probably the worst part of the stay due to there being no pressure, no hot water, and basically a drip. The air conditioning was amazing we found 68 to be comfortable and turned them off when we left. Nice to have an on-site washer and dryer.Would highly recommend.

It was a great property for the price and on a great location too. Stores, food and music was at a reasonable walking distance. Driving around the area wasn’t bad either. Everything was close by, by foot or car. Will definitely use again in the future.

Wonderful stay... This unit was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable beds, cold ac units. We only had to contact the host once to ask about leaving our bags early and he was responsive and accommodating. The person cleaning the unit was lovely and helpful when we got there.The only 2 things to know before you book are 1)there are stairs to the unit. 2) it is on a busy block so if you are not used to city noises it may be louder than you are used to, but it was never overwhelming. This is our favorite location to stay in San Juan, excellent restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops all up and down the streets, very quick and easy to catch a rideshare in any direction.We will definitely book here again.

Very good stay, centrally located around some good food spots and walgreens is a block away. Very close to the beach too
