The Space:
Casa Sagrado #8 is a 2nd story walkup (no elevator) at the back of the building. It is a very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath with spacious living room and kitchen/dining area.
As a resilient home, Casa Sagrado #8 is equipped with a robust 100kw generator and a substantial water cistern, boasting over 1000 gallons of capacity along with a reliable water pump. These features ensure uninterrupted power supply and a sufficient water source, even during challenging circumstances.
In addition, this residence is thoughtfully equipped with high-speed optic fiber internet, enabling seamless connectivity for all your digital needs. To enhance your experience further, a dedicated and amiable staff is readily available to attend to any requirements you may have, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit and the shared balcony/patio in the back of the property. The best way to get around is by car or Uber/Taxi, although it is possible to walk to some destinations. The train station is very close by that goes all the way into Bayamón.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Sagrado is located on Sagrado Corazon Avenue very close to the Train Station, a CVS, and Sagrado Corazon University. It's a mostly residential area with a mix of single family and multi family homes along with some Condominiums. Sagrado Corazon Avenue connects Hato Rey to Santurce from South to North so there is some vehicular traffic in the area, but being a one lane street it is rather quiet.
Other Things to Note:
Casa Sagrado has a total of 8 units that can host a total of 30 guests, so there will be other guests in the building and area, but you could also rent multiple units if you have a larger group.
-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly.This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.
-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.
-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.
-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.
-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.
-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.
-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.

The facility was as pictured on the site. I had a hard time getting the lock box open that had the key. It took about 20 minutes before I was able to get the box open with the car keys. I had to go down the corridor to the back of the house to locate the apartment, which was on the 2nd fl. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfy and the a/c kept the rooms clean. The living room couch was comfy. The bathroom was clean and small with a shower. I only had one toilet tissue and no paper towel. I ended up buying more toilet tissue and paper towel and advised the owner. I enjoyed my stay with my son. The fridge had some bottle water available which was a nice touch. The property advertised that you have a parking spot. But on the second night I arrived back to the property late and all five parking spots were filled. I had to call the owner to let them know and he advised the parking is 1st come first serve but it doesn't say that on the site. The owner advised to park next door. For the rest of the trip I didn't want to stay out too late for fear of not finding parking. Please note since the property is on a main rode parking is hard to find on the street. Luckily I didn't find anymore issues when I returned back to the property late when it pertained to parking. The property has a patio area with lounge chairs and tables and chairs which was very relaxing and nice view of the sky. Although I enjoyed my stay, my issue is not having a guaranteed parking spot.

Genuinely was such a nice stay. Clean, safe, close to attractions. I would just say the WiFi wasn’t the best in our space. He responded to our questions almost immediately, very great host. Also the windows are not completely sealed so you can sort of hear the outside but it wasn’t terrible because it wasn’t noisy where we were. Overall, loved it!!
