Everything. I enjoyed spending my nights having drinks on the balcony looking at city views and having the absolute kindness from Tony. I loved having conversations with him and overall, had a great time!
There isn’t anything bad about this place, I just believe some of the people complaining back on the reviews about what they see are just ignorant people because when you come to Puerto Rico, people come here to party and enjoy life. Of course it will not be quiet because you came to a place that loves to party and people who like to have a good time! About the bug situation, again you are in Puerto Rico, in the Caribbeans, of course you’re going to see more bugs often !! But even then I didn’t see any in the room I was staying in. People expect luxury but don’t want to pay the luxury price. I believe this place is a great place and for the price I paid, everything was worth it and more. I even left some plastic cups and beer as a thank you for everything because Tony is a great guy and always attentive with his customers needs.

The property is very secure and a great vibe the staff and owner are so friendly and helpful even if all you speak is English

It was decent for the price nothing to rave about. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Was not aware I was just renting a room and sharing open place but it worked for what I needed for which was crashing for the night
