Also in the cottage are a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in an secluded hamlet, Spout Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Note: Property has a private water supply from borehole. Note: Property is 5pm check in time and 9am check out time Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property; the nearest charging point would be Junction 37 of the M6 (Killington).
The Neighborhood:
Sedbergh (pronounced Sed-Ber), an ancient market town in northern Dentdale, is situated just inside the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The town, with its narrow streets, little shops, traditional pubs, famous school dating back to 1525 and its 12th century church, has an olde worlde atmosphere.
