With the beach mere steps away down the ocean block, this two-bedroom condo at Phoenix is a perfect escape for swimmers, boogie boarders, beachcombers, and surfers alike. You'll have a private balcony with a small glimpse of the ocean, your own washer/dryer to take care of all your laundry needs, central air conditioning to keep you cool all summer, and a fully appointed kitchen to assist you at mealtime when you're not dining out on the town. In this wonderful midtown location in Ocean City, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, beachy eateries, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than three miles south to Seacrets or just a bit further to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk, or go north for the day to Northside Park (two miles) and Fenwick Island (four miles). Things to Know Full kitchen No smoking and no pets allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This location is absolutely perfect for access to the beach. The unit is spacious and there is plenty of room for multiple guests! The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but manageable for a vacation. Overall, excellent experience and great unit! Location is walking distance to beach, grocery store, souvenir store, and multiple restaurants!

Overall it was what it said it was. Location is good and close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The assigned parking spot for this unit was small, tight and awkward to get into. If you have a compact car you will be good. We were able to make it work with an SUV
