The brand-new kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring dining for six plus three additional counter stools — perfect for gathering and entertaining. The primary suite offers a beautifully updated bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. A second full bathroom with tub and shower is conveniently located just across from the second bedroom. This is the kind of property that keeps guests coming back year after year.
The 9400 Building provides everything you need to make the most of your stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

It was the perfect condo on the beach.

The property was very clean and updated. The kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked a few meals there. Would Ried out at five and we’ll return again There are many restaurants within walking distance. We found the grocery store across the street to be very convenient also.

The condo couldn't have been better. It's tastefully furnished, clean, cozy kitchen, and it directly overlooks the beach. The views are spectacular. We spent hours on the large, ocean-facing balcony (BTW, no concerns about safety for our 21-month old toddler - the owners thoughtfully put netting on the lower part of the patio railing). The condo building is very conveniently close to a large ACME grocery store, a beach apparel store, and some great restaurants. Check in happens right at the property, so it's quick and easy. We enthusiastically recommend and we're looking forward to booking it again.

This place was amazing! A breathtaking view from every room! Big balcony was a bonus!! I would love to come back In the future, the pool and beach and the easy access was so great with kids! Clean and cozy A++++
