A second full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living space. One of the standout features of this property is the private balcony off the living and dining area, where you can enjoy fantastic ocean and bay views — the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.
The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

The views of the Ocean and Bay were outstanding! The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are not renovated but suit there purpose.

The the unit was very nice but a little outdated. The toilet kept running and the property manager was aware before we moved in. No towels, hairdryer and lack of supplies in the kitchen. Found dishes that was never cleaned out and stank in the dishwasher. We had to rerun. The area of location was beautiful. Overall nice but needs updating.
