Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $50.

We enjoyed staying at this condo in 9400 building. It was clean and everything worked. The last night we had some colder water in the shower but besides that all was good.

Overall cleanliness was good. However, this unit is very dated. The furniture is very uncomfortable and dingy. The master bedroom mattress is very hard. Tons of water damage on the walls. The plumbing is also very unpredictable and old, with 4-5 people showering, only 1 person had hot water. The dishwasher door is broken. Both sliding glass doors are very hard to open and the front door does not feel secure. No deadbolt or slider lock. Had so many issues with the key for front door had to eventually go to rental office to get replacement key. On the plus side, the unit is very spacious and we were not cramped with 5 people. Location is great and beach and pool access is great. The kitchen is also stalked with necessary pots and dishes.
Overall not worth the price we paid.
