Completely renovated former train station located on a vast plot of land, on the edge of the greenway between Segré-En-Anjou bleu and Chateau-Gontier.
This unique green setting opens its doors to you for exceptional moments.

Master suite with double bed (160X200), private shower and sink.
Living space:
Large open kitchen including refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, hob.
Living room sofa bed and smart tv with sound bar.
Amenities:
Separate toilet and laundry room (including a second fridge-freezer and a washing machine).
