About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 130 m² house in Le May-sur-Èvre to rent, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, video projector, two sofa beds and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
A large 50 m² terrace and a 16 m² porch for storing bicycles. Barbecue, garden table and chairs available.
The house is ideally located in Le May-sur-Èvre, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Departure point for hiking trails (GR de l'Evre)
