About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 200 m² house in Terranjou for rent, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has two living rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 248 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is divided into two parts, as follows:
First part, on ground floor :
- A living room with sitting area (TV and double sofa bed)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine
Second part (independent access via outside staircase):
Ground floor:
- A utility room with washing machine
First floor:
- Attic living room with lounge area (TV and double sofa bed)
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, extractor fan, etc.
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- 15 m² terrace
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 248 m² private garden, enclosed and close to a pond (access forbidden).
The house is ideally located in Terranjou, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- At 3 km, Notre Dame d'Allençon: 1 Wake-park (water park equipped with a ski lift / water skiing / wake board and snack bar) open from April to October.
- 6 km away, Brissac-Quincé, leisure and amusement park (open from April to September). Also in Brissac, the Château des Ducs (highest castle in France), open all year round. Outdoor swimming pool.
- 15 km, Chalonnes sur Loire, "Loire évasion" canoeing and kayaking centre.
- 20 km, Angers: Château d'Angers, famous for its tapestries. Terra botanica (the adventure of plants) Doué en Anjou, Zoo Bioparc located in a rock quarry. Les chemins de la rose (Rose garden) Chénehutte Cunault and its troglodytes and mushroom beds.
- 30 km, Saumur with its Cadre Noir, château and armoured car museum.
- 50 km, Les Epesses and "Le Puy du Fou".

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 6 vehicles).
