About this house rental
Come and discover this large, bright and comfortable house with 4 bedrooms, including 2 family rooms and 2 doubles with a view of our vineyards near Saumur. The lodging of Nerleux (Black wolves) was entirely created during 2017 to offer you pleasant spaces and a great comfort of sleeping and living.
You will have a large living space on the ground floor and a sleeping area upstairs. The kitchen is fitted and equipped to easily prepare meals during your stay and facilitate the chore of washing up.
The large furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is ideal for watching the sunsets behind our Clos Paulette vines. The 400 m2 plot is fully enclosed and allows up to 4 cars to be parked safely. Your access to the gîte is completely independent.
On the practical side, 2 toilets are at your disposal: 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. There are also 2 bathrooms upstairs: one with shower and the other with shower and small bathtub.
You cannot imagine what we can do in our region!
- First of all we would be very happy to make you taste our wines and visit our estate. A simple reservation is enough.
- then you explore the Saumur region with its cultural treasures such as the Abbey of Fontevraud, the castles of Saumur, Brézé and Montreuil-Bellay.
- The Loire, the royal river, will impress you with its play of lights, its sandbanks, its extraordinary fauna and flora. Explore by boat, canoe, bike or one of the many strolls along the river.
- discoveries of troglodytes (hillside and plain)
- the know-how of the Cadre Noir and the national riding school
- the numerous public and private gardens as well
- that the kindness of the inhabitants of our territory

La location est très confortable, charmant et très propre.Tout est très bien pensé , nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Cyr en bourg.

Gîte magnifique avec tout le nécessaire. Très grande propreté. Idéalement situé pour de nombreuses activités et visite de vignobles. Propriétaires aux petits soins pour les clients avec de nombreuses petites attentions
