In Bellevigne-les-Châteaux, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this 350 m² house which can accommodate up to 13 guests. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and an enclosed garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, fireplace (wood provided)
- Games room
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1&2: queen-size bed (160x200) + single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) + single bed (90x190)
- Shower room with double basin Italian shower and WC
Second floor
- Bedroom 4&5 : queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An enclosed private garden of 1,500 m² + covered terrace of 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
This 18th-century house is ideally located in Bellevigne-les-Châteaux, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
