    We booked two adjacent rooms for a total of 4 adults. Rooms were big and clean, equipped with a EPEIOS Hummingbird kettle, washing machineb& cooking utensils. Ice machine and vending machines located on the 8th floor where we stayed so it was convenient. It was a new hotel so everything in the rooms were in pristine condition. Amenities (also included laundry detergent, Margaret Josefin Dry Rescue Trial set) were available in the cart beside reception desk. Located within walking distance to Nakajima Station and Susukino Station. Highly recommended.

    Booked during promotion period. Was great value for the apartment room we got for our family of four. Room amenities provided exceeded our expectation.We were given 4 pjs and even a sample skincare on top of the other usual amenities. Check in and check out was smooth, no hassle at all. Only issue was parking. Although they had informed that they have no parking available, perhaps they could collaborate with nearby parking for better parking rates. Nevertheless parking was plenty around the hotel. Location was walking distance to Susikino area..10minutes away.Overall we had a comfortable & memorable stay at Randor Heritage.Thank you.

    Large, clean and new apartment. Everything good quality. very comfortable. At edge of city so easy to walk to places. Desk closes at 10pm and opens at 10am so if you check in after you need to have a code.

    Very comfy and new hotel. Love the interior and the fact its a full apartment type with hotel luxury feel
