Guests are required to use the heating system reasonably and responsibly.
• The heating must not exceed 19°C, in accordance with French regulations.
• The apartment should not be heated to a level where summer clothing (e.g. a T-shirt) would be comfortable.
• Heating must be turned off when leaving the apartment for the day.
• Windows must not be opened while the heating is on.
Any unusual or excessive heating consumption recorded during the stay may be charged after verification of usage data.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
