On the west side of the house there is a 20m² roofed terrace with a view over the lake. The site measures around 2000m² and is bordered on three sides by the shore. There is an annex with a sauna and a second shower. Three parking spaces are available.

The lake has a wealth of fish with a lot of pike, bass and eel, as well as char, cisco and tench. A fishing permit can be purchased from the owner for a fee.
