Flat screen TV with games console (PS3) and music system (via mobile phone). There is a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa bed, a table and an armchair. Adjacent to the living room is a new (2019) fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, SodaStream, and a dining table with seating for 6 people. Adjacent to the entrance of the house you enter a glazed patio with a sofa, table and relaxing chairs. Newly built (2021) terrace/patio at the back of the house, where you can enjoy the evening sun or sit in the shade during the day. The terrace is equipped with two chairs and a table. Newly built (2020) Terrace/patio equipped with new outdoor furniture (2023), parasol and sun loungers. The plot adjoins a large garden and green areas with the possibility of outdoor activities, and is ideal for children and dogs. On the plot there is also a shed/storage room with accessories.
