This house is near the forest and is not far from a lake, just a few kilometres to the north of Sexdrega.
The site measures around 1500m². The annex opposite has a sauna and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The comfortably furnished wooden house of around 90m² with an annex was completed in 2004. The house has a spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs, a dining table, a fireplace stove and a kitchen unit, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The bedrooms have double beds (180 x 020cm). The kitchen unit has a stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a microwave. The living room provides access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
Use of a rowing boat is included and a boat motor, electric or petrol, can be hired in addition. The lake, 800 metres away, has a wealth of fish, with a lot of pike, bass and eel, as well as char, cisco and tench. A fishing permit can be purchased at a fee.
