------------------------------
Looking for an ideal space to host your extended family getaway? Look no further. This is it! The enormous home is over 4,100 sq. ft. to accommodate your large group gathering and comfortably host 3 dogs! (The first 2 dogs stay for free, and there is a fee for the third dog.) -----------------------------
LOCATION
This property is nestled in a charming neighborhood called NorthStar Village, with only acre and half-acre lots and all custom homes. NorthStar Village feels like an enchanted village with high-alpine forested seclusion, yet it is an easy 7-mile (18-25 min) scenic drive to downtown Breckenridge, depending on traffic and road conditions. You will need a 4WD vehicle here, Oct-May. You have views of the top of Hoosier Pass (which has a trail to Crystal Lake) and the top of Quandary Peak; you are way up in the clouds up here!
------------------------------
THE SPACE
3 common areas on 3 separate levels enable your group to mix, match, and connect beautifully. The lowest floor common area is a game room with foosball and a checker-chess board! There is a house across the street, but the view out the back is all high-alpine forest. You can barely see your neighbor to the north, but your "wild neighbors" may get closer than that! Don't miss all the pictures!
Guests enjoy the fresh mountain spring water directly through the filtered private well system.

This is a large beautiful pet-friendly residence in a nice neighborhood south of Breckenridge center. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms along with the upper kitchen/living area met our needs perfectly. There is even a child/pet safety gate at top of stairs. We were traveling during a storm and requested an early checkin which was graciously extended. We were an older group (60+) which unfortunately suffered altitude issues. The home was supplied with multiple humidifiers which we ran constantly and did appear to assist. It took 2 full days for most of us to adjust. This was mentioned in earlier reviews but I had not had any problems when traveling before, but did on this trip. A big shout out to iTrip Mgt! We had a minor issue which was literally addressed within minutes. I am planning another ski trip and plan to book another property through them. I rent many properties throughout the year and they have been the most attentive in years,

Overall, had a great stay! The place was very clean and has a great kitchen with pots/pans and all other stuff needed to cook. It was quite impressive. The only issue (and mild at that) was the long-term tenant in the basement played music loud. Great communication with host got that corrected. This house is south of Breckenridge a ways, so it felt very secluded. Very peaceful area.

The property was spacious and the best space was the master. There was a lot of deferred maintenance and it was not well disclosed/explained that the house had a full-time tenant living in the lower level. He played loud music/tv frequently and early in the mornings/late at night. One day he was smoking weed and the smell overwhelmed the entire house. The second floor kitchen was awkward and inconvenient. I would not stay here again.
