This recently updated 3-bedroom + loft mountain home sits at approximately 11,000 feet and offers the perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and classic Colorado charm. Enjoy a quiet alpine setting surrounded by mountain views, wildlife, and fresh mountain air, while still being roughly 15 minutes from the shops, restaurants, skiing, and charm of downtown Breck, depending on weather and road conditions.
Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, an updated kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, high-speed Starlink internet, Xfinity streaming, games, and plenty of room for families, couples, remote workers, or groups to relax after a day outside.
The home includes 3 bedrooms plus a loft with flexible sleeping options: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, a full-size bed in the loft, a twin Murphy bed in the living room, and 2 queen-size air mattresses available for guest use. The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed, with two additional bedrooms and the loft upstairs.

The location was exceptional and ideal for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. With Mt. Quandary and Blue Lakes just steps away, it provided the perfect setting for hiking and taking in the beautiful scenery.One of our favorite parts of the stay was watching and listening to the hummingbirds that visited the house throughout the day—it was such a peaceful and memorable experience.Our host, Tiffany, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She checked in with us several times during our stay and welcomed us with fresh flowers, champagne, and frozen popsicles for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.Thank you, Tiffany, for your outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Incredible area , even better than we could’ve expected. The home was beautiful, from the moment we arrived the property was easy to access, it had everything we needed. The host was wonderful she reached out gave us all the information we needed to ensure we had an amazing experience and was a message away if we needed anything.
