We were thrilled with our experience at "Moose Walk Lodge." The house is well-maintained and cared for more like someone's home than a rental property. It is clean. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. And there were personal touches everywhere. They had toys and books laid out in the bunk room that were perfectly suited for our kid's ages (8, 6, 3). I would have assumed this was coincidence except for how responsive the owners and managers were when we had a question before or during the stay. Top notch all around.The view of Red Mountain from the deck is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the patio furniture, around the gas fire pit, and in the hot tub. Early morning coffees on the deck were a highlight for sure. We also had several animal visitors. We saw a fox and five different moose. The animals all kept their distance in the trees toward the river but it was incredible to watch them from the deck.The neighbors are also very friendly. They would stop each day on their walks and talk to us and share about the neighborhood. They all seemed to enjoy having different guests come through.The house comfortably fit all of us. Parents with kids plus two sets of grandparents.One note for future guests is there are lots of stairs. Two bedrooms are on the main floor. One bedroom is upstairs. And the extra bunks beds in the TV room is downstairs. There are also 3 or 4 stairs to get from the driveway to the front door.They do have baby gates available.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! With a large primary bedroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms on the main floor (1 with a bunk bed), and a wonderful suite downstairs that included a HUGE TV (like massive!), it was a perfect space for everyone in our family! The hot tub was great for evenings after a day of hiking and the fire pit was welcome surprise for us! There was a bit of road noise, which isn’t surprising at all being on the highway, but it’s really not too bad. Overall a great house and we’d love to stay again!

We had a great time! Just a short 5 minute drive town made this the perfect spot !Very comfortable and relaxing house. Would recommend to anyone needing a get away!

Highly recommend. Wish we had stayed longer than a few nights. Great proximity to Breck and other ski areas. Hot tub and views was the highlight of the house for our group but is very spacious with plenty of space and has everything expected.
