With 3 BR, 3 bath, and space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, this single-family retreat offers privacy among the trees, sweeping 360-degree views, and a charming brook that flows under a wooden bridge behind the spacious deck. Relax in the oversized hot tub, gather on the decks surrounded by nature, or head downstairs to the game room for billiards, movies, and more.
Proximity: Located only 4.8 miles from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this home is just a short drive to world-class skiing, shopping, and dining. For added convenience, the free Summit Stage bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from the front door, offering direct access to town and the ski resort.
Living Room (Main Level): The main living room features plush seating around an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV, with access to the north-facing deck. Step outside to enjoy a propane grill, a gas firepit, and outdoor dining surrounded by forest views.
Kitchen (Main Level): Adjacent to the living room, the chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, and a 4-person breakfast bar. Whether you're preparing a hearty dinner or baking a favorite dessert, this kitchen has everything you need, including a blender, microwave, and dishwasher.

Patio: Multiple decks surround the home, offering opportunities for grilling, stargazing, or relaxing. The highlight is the second-level deck with a private hot tub overlooking the brook, a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer with cabinets for storage are located just off the kitchen.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
