Beautiful home and well equipped. Great location with access to water and other fun activities- can walk to the pool, golf/park is across the street. Host is helpful and easy to work with.

The house was amazingly open airy and clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Nice the host does not allow left overs from other folks - only things she stocks. Back yard and boat slip were fabulous additions, including the daily visiting manatees. Beach club was walkable and very nice. Beach access along with a pool and full service. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, bathrooms very nice and very clean on arrival. TVs in all rooms plenty of channels to satisfy all the family. Stefanie was extremely responsive and was able to give recommendations and suggestions when needed. House had plenty of instructions for all the things you would need. Kayaks and PFDs that you could put right in the slip were a great add. PLENTY of beach towels. Check out instructions were easy and not a burden.
