Waterfront Pool Home w/ Hot tub & Cabana Club Access

We truly enjoyed our time at Lemon Drop. It was not our first visit and we are already talking about our next trip!

Weather is boating, or just relax..... this is a great rental, every thing you need is close by.. this is my 4th stay ay this property and I'll keep coming back... every year possible.. Thank you, Island Breeze Vacations and The Host ..

We came to KCB to celebrate our wedding and it was a perfect stay. Great location and lovely home. Exactly what we were hoping for.

We rented Lemon Drop for one week; the last Saturday in February 2016. The home was comfortable and a nice size for the two of us. It was well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and linens/towels. The kitchen is essentially a galley style, and could be a problem if trying to prepare meals for a family. However, it has very nice appliances and the smallish kitchen size was no problem for the two of us. We enjoyed the privacy the home offers with an oversized lot and private pool. We also enjoyed the location of the home within easy walking distance to three restaurants. However, please know that there is a new home under construction directly across the canal - your view is a construction site along with all the noise that goes with it. Across the street, in front of the home is a duplex that appears to be undergoing a full remodel with multiple contractors constantly coming and going and again - construction noise. We were disappointed that the owner did not disclose the new home construction across the canal - as this has obviously been known for some time. Please know that the "jacuzzi" mentioned in the property description, is no more than a spa area that recirculates water from the pool. There are no jets or controls. The pool itself is in need of a remodel with missing tiles and black moldy areas around the tile dolphins motif. The interior of the home could also use a remodel, but it is maintained considering the age of the home. Also understand that VRBO allows owners to remove unfavorable reviews. This probably explains why Lemon Drop only shows two reviews (VRBO #384026). If there are two adult couples sharing the home, one of the couples will be disappointed with the size of the closet in the bedroom facing the street, because it contains the home's AC unit. We visit each year, but would like to see some updates before renting this property again.
