Unit has garage parking for one, driveway parking for one and non-metered street parking in front of the house on Central. Unit access by keypad lock so no agency trips for keys. Early checkin possible based on cleaner schedule. Natural gas grill for cookouts. Outdoor shower to rinse off after those long beach days. Ten beach tags included plus usage of bikes, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys.

Saturday to Saturday only reservations: June 13 - September 12 (prime time). Will do weekends otherwise, just ask. Willing to customize duration during prime time within 21 days of reservation date if vacant.
