About this apartment rental
This property was just purchased and is new to vrbo, that's why we do not have any reviews yet. This property is in the heart of Ocean City and allows walking access to everything OC has to offer. Park your car and walk to the beach, boardwalk and downtown. The home has 5 bedroom, den and 4.5 bath, 2360 sq ft home is a high end property, is fully furnished and has all the amenities that you are looking for in a beach house. Just a two minute walk to the beach, the house offers a full gourmet open layout kitchen with granite countertop and farm sink, beautiful backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, etc. There are 4-5 parking spaces - one in the garage and 3-4 in the driveway. There are smart TVs in five bedrooms and one in the living area. Layout description: Large dining table with seating for 11 and counter seating for 5. Patio with beautiful trendy outdoor seating. Bedroom descriptions; 1st room - king suite, deck, full bath, TV. 2nd room - queen suite, deck, full bath, TV. 3rd room - queen suite, full bath, TV. 4th room - bunk bed twin top, full bottom and extra twin pullout, TV. 5th room - 4 twin bunk beds, TV, 6th room - pullout twin sleeper sofa. Full and half baths in hallway. House sleeps 15 guests. The home is smoke free and pet free. Owner provides WiFi, 10 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, wonder wheeler cart, BBQ grill, bathroom tissue 10 total for all bathrooms. Each bed has a quilt and pillows on the bed.

Great spacious home beautifully furnished and very clean. We loved the front patio. We were able to park 5 cars including the garage which was very helpful. It is close to the boardwalk and beach as well as shopping. We loved our stay and hope to stay there again in the future !

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great. It had great space and layout. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Looking forward to staying in this property again.

We had a fantastic time in OCNJ & this property was amazing! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common area space for my large family to enjoy & relax. The ample parking…what a great plus! Super walkable to stores, boards & beach. Highly recommend!
