It has a large front deck with water views, 2 dishwashers and sleeps 16 people! The private ELEVATOR is exclusive only to the top floor Penthouse. There are 2 King Beds, 2 Queens, 2 twins, 2 doubles, and 1 queen Sleeper).
On the middle floor of this building there is a 4 bedroom/3 bath condo that sleeps 11 people. This condo has 1 King Bed, 2 Queens, 1 twin, 1 Double, and 1 sleeper).
Across the hall (also on the middle floor) is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo that sleeps 8. There is 1 King Bed, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and 1 sleeper.
All condos have multiple decks, high ceilings, internet, multiple bathrooms, multiple T/V's, full appliance package including washer/ dryer, fireplace and more. Excellent condo clean, and had everything we needed.The location is great and close to all attractions.The elevator was a plus! Made checking in much easier.Highly recommend.

Great location, many conveniences for my (older) parents. The toilets were of the small bowl, low height variety, which was the only item that made things a little difficult for people with mobility issues.Well-stocked kitchen except for can opener, but we left one! Also: dryer seemed to take a very long time to dry items, but decks made air-drying easy and fast (for the beach towels we washed, for example).THANK YOU!!

If I can give zero for cleanliness I would. I’ve been staying in Ocean City for the past seven years and I’ve never stayed in house so dirty. The couch needs to be updated it is ripped and sticky and just dirty overall. Every shower curtain had mold on it. I did reach out to the owner the first day and let them know but we never heard back after that. Great location, great size. It really just needed to be cleaned. For how expensive the price I expected a lot more.
