All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The indoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The apartment was nice. A little outdated with furniture. Needs a little TLC but we stayed at the end of summer and they may use the winter months to do the maintenance. The view was amazing. Nothing like getting up in the morning and watching the sun rise. The restaurants nearby were great also! Loved The Brass Balls Saloon right next door! Word of advice- the check-in location is about 10 minutes away. Make sure to be going there first and not the address of the condo. Also, ask exactly where your parking spot is. Took me a bit to figure that out. Lastly, a welcome book would be great for a guest! Pictures as to where things are located (dumpster for garbage, local restaurants, pool access) would be great!

This house was right on the boardwalk and in the middle of all the action. The staff that helped with booking was very available and courteous. The view was also stunning. Overall, a great weekend at the beach.
