The property was stocked excellent and it was clean. Only major issue we had was with the neighbor. 1st-his dogs were out running around when my daughter and her boyfriend got to the rental house. He informed them not to drive up the hill fast because his dogs are out running around. 2nd-when my husband and I got there the dogs were still out barking and came running up on our porch. The neighbor informed my husband and I he was the brother of the owner of the house we rented. 3rd when we went down to go in the lake, we asked a person renting a home if we could use the dock and he said, “yes, just don’t hang out on the dock”. The neighbor next to our cabin came down to the dock and pulled up the steps. We asked him please don’t pull up steps, and he told us “this is private property, and a young man last year had drowned under the dock”. No information we received indicated that, and we had asked first. We had in our group a police officer, paramedic, aquatic director (youngest 30 oldest 69 in age) and we all had our life jackets on. I called the property management company. She stated, “that was not even his property and he had not business getting involved”. Nothing like going on vacation and having your trip ruined. I would definitely stay with the same property management company just a different location.

Our stay was great! It had everything that we could ever want for our stay. We had a issue with the smoke detector chirping the night that we got there. I reached out to the property manager and they were over within minutes to change out the batteries.
