Property is beautiful. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space, rooms and activities for all. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Kentucky home! It was the perfect setup for our group of two families with five kids—plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded.The property itself is beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re on vacation. The outdoor deck spaces were especially great for the kids to play, while the adults could unwind and take in the scenery.The amenities truly made the stay exceptional. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided, and then some. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces and thoughtful extras throughout the home, it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and convenient experience.Speaking of the hosts—they were incredible. So thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality, and it really made a difference.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The house was beautiful, booking and check in was smooth, and the location was great for our visits to Mammoth Cave. We specifically booked a place with a hot tub but upon arrival quickly realized that the hot tub wasn't working properly (jets had no pressure and it could not maintain temperature). I messaged the owner who was aware of the issues but failed to let me know prior to our stay. It was definitely disappointing for the whole group. My husband and his friend were also looking forward to playing darts but the board (and surrounding wall) was completely wrecked and pretty much unusable. A few other things: all of the beds were rock hard, laundry and dishwasher loads (clean at least) were left from the previous visitors, there were quite a few dirty dishes and utensils in the cabinets and drawers (we always wash things before use when we stay anyways but these were obviously not checked between visits), the coffee maker kept flashing a message that it needed to be cleaned, there was a broken bathroom doorknob that kept falling off, and we used the lilypad mat out in the water but had to clear out a huge group of wasps nesting in it first and the bungee cord holding it to the dock was on its last strands. Overall, it was a beautiful house but it definitely needs a little TLC and maybe a more thorough cleaning service.
