The Space:
Nothing screams 'vacation!' more than this coastal condo at The Capri! Offering incredible beach and ocean views from a private balcony, a washer/dryer on site that will take care of your clothes during your stay, A/C, a fully-equipped kitchen to channel your inner chef, and access to incredible amenities, including a lighted enclosed pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court, this condo is unbeatable and unforgettable! Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool.
Things to Know
PARKING: ONE parking space available. There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is separate from your reservation and will due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 Per day or $55 per week for each space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
