About this apartment rental
The beautiful indoor pool allows for relaxing swims year-round, while the fitness center will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. Perhaps a challenging game of tennis at the outdoor court is more your style or a shooting some hoops at the indoor basketball court? The kids will love the game room that features video games, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. For those looking for peace and quiet, stop by the building library and find a good book for your stay!
This unit is ready to make your vacation memorable. This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit sleeps 6 and features tastefully decorated flooring and furniture in the living areas. The kitchen features granite countertop, newer appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TV's in the living room along with both bedrooms and wireless internet for "working from home". When you are done from your fun filled day, be sure to relax on the balcony to enjoy that cool summer breeze and your view of the ocean!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Location, building amenities, and over all experience very positive. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated that there were good pans and knives. Sometimes a rental seems to lack in quality kitchen items. The only negatives were that the bathrooms badly need attention. The caulking has mold staining that despite seeming otherwise clean, are very unattractive. Also, cleanliness was mediocre . Found a random pill in the bed and some stickiness on the floor. It didn’t ruin our time but greater attention to cleanliness would be a great improvement. Overall we had a great time and would rent again.

The condo itself was fine and exactly as pictured. The only complaint I have is that it's time to replace the throw rug in the living room. The building itself, however, is disgusting. Reeks of dog and body odor. The hallways are filthy and covered in grime. There's no access to stairwells from the first floor. You're forced to ride the elevator. The people checking you in seemed like zombies. Indoor pool was decent, but way too humid, which I guess is par for the course. My family and I won't be staying in the Capri again. It's old, dirty, and rundown.
