In the open-concept living area, watch a movie on the TV. Each bedroom provides a flatscreen TV as well as an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. The sparkling shoreline is a convenient stroll from home. After beach days, rinse off at the shared outdoor shower. The boardwalk is also within walking distance for easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Added perks of this family-friendly rental include central air-conditioning, board games, and reserved parking for two cars. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Shared outdoor shower. Elevator in building. Ocean City fire code prohibits the use of BBQs/grills on sundecks, balconies, porches, or anywhere else in, under, or near the building A noise ordinance is strictly enforced after 10 pm. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
