If not for the location and property manager service, we would have left once we got there. I understand it’s OCMD but paying $6K for 9 nights, I expected things to be in tip-top shape. The faucet in the one bathroom was broke, meaning they knew it was broke and didn’t care since they just turned off the cold water valve to it. The grill was literally rusted so much it was falling apart. The inside wasn’t cleaned thoroughly including our beds, which had sand in some of them so we had to wash the sheets after our first night there. Both outside stairwells had paint chipping off and the inside stairwell as well. We had our dog with us and that was cause for concern. There were weeds everywhere and the outside is just overgrown and not maintained at all. Also, there was no hose/water supply hooked up outside to rinse the sand off.
The positives were that the location was good and the property manager did what she could with trying to rectify some of the issues. She brought over her own grill to use in the meantime and had a service guy come out and fix the sink and gave us a small gift card for our inconveniences. Point being is that this property is left go and does not look like the pictures being shown. Completely false advertisement.
