A short stroll from the beach and world famous OC Boardwalk, this home has 2 car driveway parking and a private back yard area. Each room features a ductless AC/Heat unit, set each room to your desired temperature. The 1st bedroom is an attached efficiency with private entrance and second refrigerator. Property includes Standard and Keurig coffee maker. A short distance to amusements rides, go-karts, water park, shops and restaurants and more! Pets are welcome with a paid fee.

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house is spacious with lots of amenities, and it was perfectly located for our stay. We were especially glad to have off-street parking and two full bathrooms available to us!

House was within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and parks. Overall our family trip was fun! We were able to cook big family meals. Place was nice.

The house was clean and in a great location with plenty of easy parking. We loved that it was pet-friendly and had a yard. The outside trash was completely overflowing in a huge heap in the front yard from the previous renters. Most of it was unbagged and covered in flies and blowing down the road. I would think that the rental company's turnover cleaners would have addressed that. It stayed like that for all three days that we were there, which wasn't exactly the view that we were hoping for on vacation. It could use a handyman service. An outlet next to the bed doesn't work, the backdoor deadbolt only spins and doesn't lock, the toilet doesn't flush unless you hold the handle, and the shrubs are so overgrown that it was hard to open the car doors in the driveway. There was a lot of room, and we would probably stay there again for functionality, but not for beauty.
