It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great floor plan, very nice decorating. Liked the double-bed bunkbeds. King bed very comfortable. My daughter said the queen bed was very squeaky. Very clean; just one hiccup, cleaning service missed a sauce spill on the floor and dinning rug. Great midtown location, easy access to the beach. We were able to extend our stay one day. Liked so much would book it again. Management company was very easy to work with and very responsive.

My family loved staying at Astoria 302! The condo itself was beautiful and clean, and the location was extremely convenient for getting to the beach and to different OCMD activities. We hope to stay here again on our next trip!
