No smoking of any kind in the condo, on the balcony and on the property! HOA RULES!
King bed in Master BR w/walk-in closet, 2 Full beds in 2nd BR, Queen & twin bunk beds in 3rd BR. All new beds & living room sofas.
AVOID the Saturday traffic: Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals during prime summer season.
Roomy balcony with wonderful views of the beach and bay - see sun rises and sunsets. Flat panel TV's in living room (55') & all bedrooms! All new cookware & Kitchen items, including a Keurig, Dishwasher & Washer/dryer. Swimming pool on ground level.
Very spacious 1726 sq ft - with spacious 9' ceilings. Secure building which requires 4 digit code to enter. We are right across the street from the 45th Street Village center - shops and places to eat. 5 minute walk to Seacrets & the Convention Center. Central A/C & heat.
Renter to bring all sheets, pillow cases, towels & wash cloths. No smoking allowed in unit at any time!!!
We do NOT allow group rentals to anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions.

We loved staying here. The unit was great for us. It was very spacious and I was able to prepare meals for our extended family. The living room is huge with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for two families of 4. Great location with a short walk to the beach, great view, and plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance. The pool was a bit small but was good enough for a quick swim after a long day at the beach. Friendly neighbors and felt safe. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We would love to come back again!
