The Space:
The sand and surf are mere steps from your door at this fifth-floor condo in North Ocean City. Half a block from the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway in the other, this is a wonderful home base for days spent swimming, surfing, kayaking, and beachcombing. You'll be a short stroll from an array of shops and eateries, four blocks from the Delaware state line, and a mile from Northside Park and its many sports fields, walking paths, piers, and annual events.
Begin each morning outside on the covered balcony - a delightfully shady spot to sip your coffee, have breakfast at the patio table, and take in the view of the city around you. Stand at the railing and you can even watch the ocean waves roll onto the sandy shore at the end of the block.
Inside, the condo is inviting and comfortable, with a palette of soft whites contributing to the sunny feeling throughout. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with a TV for your evening entertainment, and TVs in both bedrooms to lull you into a restful night's sleep. Other home essentials include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This condo was spacious and clean. The building and the area was quiet even in the middle of summer. it has everything you need. Just steps from the beach, which is not super crowded because of the location. Highly recommended
