Large chalet with lake view & paragliding

Large 200m² chalet, located in Talloires in the hills above Lake Annecy, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the Roc des Boeufs. It sleeps 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). Facing southwest, it offers a bright panorama and beautiful sunsets! The chalet is very comfortable in all seasons. Paragliders soaring overhead (Possibility of reaching the paragliding landing area on foot). Many hiking trails start from the house, and the lake is a 3-minute drive (10 minutes by bike). Our house has 3 levels: On the garden level: - 1 bedroom for a couple with a private bathroom and a 160x200cm bed - a master suite for 2 adults (160x200cm bed) and 2 children (bunk beds) with a private bathroom. - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 20m² wooden terrace. Both bedrooms have independent, exterior access. as well as an unobstructed view of the Roc de Chère, a nature reserve of forest overlooking the lake. On the first floor: - A bedroom with a 160*200 bed and ensuite bathroom. Balcony, AC and lake view. - Entrance dressing room - WC - A large living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen, central island, living room with wood-burning stove (safe for children with a fire screen) and dining area. All windows have a lake view. PGJyPg - Balcony all around this floor. PGJyPg - PGJyPg On the 1st floor: - A large master suite (queen-size bed 180*200) with AC and private bathroom (walk-in shower). Laundry area. - 2 children's bedrooms for a total of 2 or 3 children with a children's bathroom (bathtub). - A playroom or family area (30m2). The view is very pleasant (secure balcony). PGJyPg - PGJyPg The chalet faces south/west and is therefore very bright. PGJyPg - PGJyPg Our terraced garden offers a beautiful view. We also have an extra-large trampoline, a chicken coop, and a vegetable garden. We also have a north-facing terrace for hot days and a southwest-facing balcony to enjoy the sunset. The chalet is ideally configured for 8 adults and 4/5 children (excluding babies). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for more than 10 adults as the chalet would not meet your needs in terms of space. The chalet is very comfortable, and the view is breathtaking all year round. We renovated it with beautiful materials. Please note that you have access to, among other things, a Nespresso machine, a SodaStream, a Thermomix, and 3 vacuum cleaners, including 2 Dyson handheld models. Basic necessities are included (salt, pepper, sugar, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.).
