About this house rental
The house is ideally located near the lake, close to the village center and its amenities, in a very quiet area with stunning views of the mountains. It is possible to stay there throughout the year thanks to the varied activities. It has 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms or showers and 2 large living rooms.
CYCLISTS WELCOME as they can store their bikes in the bike shed.
On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a large 80m2 living and dining area . The living room is very bright and is warmly decorated, with a country charm.
The reception area of the living room includes a sofa, several armchairs or poufs, a piano: a perfect space to chat calmly, meet for an aperitif or around a herbal tea in the evening.
Underfloor heating and a wood burner will keep you warm in the winter months.
The recently renovated kitchen is very functional and fully equipped. It is adjacent to the dining room, which creates a large convivial space.

The TERRACE, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, is sunny and offers a nice view of the mountains. You can have your meals under the lime tree and rest under the tulip tree.
The garden is very large and pleasant for all.

- a separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, baby changing mat)
- a separate WC
- 2 double bedrooms for children/teenagers with two single beds (90x200)
- a shower room with WC.
On THE 2nd FLOOR:
- a large TV room with a large screen, a sofa, armchairs and a reading and games corner for adults and children.

Access to the bike path that goes around the lake is at the end of the street. It's so nice to be able to go everywhere by bike. A real holiday!
A few bicycles may be at your disposal in the garage, 2 of which have a child seat.

SUMMER: swimming, paddle-boarding or sailing on the lake nearby as well as hikes and other activities in the stunning mountains nearby.
For golf lovers, there are two beautiful golf courses 20 mns drive away, Talloires and Giers.
For larger groups, we also offer the possibility of accommodating a further 4 people accommodation in a small cottage in the garden, at an extra cost
