This beautiful brick and flint cottage is in the quaint village of Bodham, 4 miles from the Norfolk market town of Holt. With five guests welcome, this property is just 3 miles from North Norfolk’s sandy beaches and dramatic coast paths, and you’ll also be near the National Trust’s Sheringham Park (1.5 miles) and Felbrigg Hall (5.5 miles).
Step inside this traditional, detached Norfolk home and into the bright, contemporary kitchen, which has everything needed to prepare delicious feasts, which you can share at the charming dining table. After dinner, retire to the gorgeous lounge with views of the garden through French doors. Sink into the plump sofa to catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Upstairs, discover three relaxing bedrooms, all with stylish furniture. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the double and single bedrooms share a sleek family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden has been thoughtfully landscaped, with flower beds, a lawn, and a choice of seating areas. The patio adjacent to the house has furniture for al fresco dining on a summer’s evening. The property has private parking for two cars.

The town also has an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants. In the town, you can hop aboard the steam trains of the North Norfolk Railway to jaunt through the countryside to the seaside resort of Sheringham. Here, you can spend the day on the long, sandy beach, stroll along the promenade, or hire a beach hut for the full holiday experience. For wildlife enthusiasts, a visit to Blakeney Point (8 miles) is a must, where you can admire England’s largest grey seal colony.
