Located just 4 minutes to 2nd Street and downtown Belmont Shore, and walkable to Mother’s Beach and Marine Stadium—style, comfort, and prime location all in one.
The Space:
Walk in, drop your bags, and instantly feel it. That exhale. Sunlight pours in, soft textures invite you to stay a little longer, and every detail feels intentional without trying too hard. It’s magazine-worthy but still completely livable. Whether you’re easing into a slow morning or winding down after a full day out, the space meets you there with comfort, calm, and just the right amount of luxury.
Amenities:
Start your mornings with a Nespresso in hand and ease into the day. Come back to unwind around the firepit as the sun goes down. The outdoor dining area is made for long, easy meals and good conversation. Inside and out, you’ll find thoughtful upgrades that make your stay feel elevated without ever feeling overdone.
Outdoor Living:
The backyard is your own private escape with lounge seating, a firepit, and space to just be. Morning coffee, afternoon hangs, or late-night chats under the lights. This is where memories tend to happen.

Good to Know:
There is a separate ADU located above the garage with a long-term tenant. The garage area is shared, and the staircase in the backyard provides access to that unit. However, the backyard space is exclusively for your use and is not shared. There are exterior security cameras in the backyard and at the front door.
Pet Friendly: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends. A $150 pet fee applies per stay. Please include your pet in your guest count at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will be charged for any smoking inside the home.
