If you're looking for a fun family favorite vacation house year after year, you've come to the right place. This house sleeps 6.
Owner, Jennifer, takes pride in choosing comfy beds, fresh clean linens, beautiful decorations, and fully stocking the kitchen with all your needs. She has provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, board games, and a Nintendo Wii and free WiFi to keep you entertained during your stay.

This house is totally remodeled and a beautifully decorated 2 story house. Downstairs has 2 living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath, laundry room & large porch which opens to landscaped backyard with gas fire-pit & gas BBQ for family grilling.

Upstairs comprises master suite with king bed, balcony & bathroom with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and 2 sinks. 2nd bedroom has king bed with attached bathroom which also has hallway access. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a large porch with ample space for dining, or just relaxing in the shade. The porch leads to perfect outdoor space for entertaining friends and family. One car garage assigned parking within a two car garage and street parking pass.

Jennifer takes great pride in her home, in between guests the house is professionally cleaned and will be immaculate when you arrive.

We had a great stay at this cute house. There were 6 adults, and we were all very comfortable. We had great communication with the host. The house was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The weather was amazing during out stay so we took advantage of the back porch. Great stay, I would definitely stay here again. My husband and I love the beach. We’ve stayed at many weekly rentals, but this place exceeded our expectations! It looks even better in person than the pictures. The home was bright & freshly cleaned. There is plenty of room for 6-8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and roomy enough for more than just 1-2 cooks. We enjoyed having a very convenient 3rd bathroom with large shower on the first floor. Most places this size only have 2 bathrooms.Perfect location. It is really close to the beach, 2-3 minutes. There is a large grocery store walking distance (about a 7-10 min walk.)Having beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. for the guests is so much more convenient than having to bring ones from home. Strong WiFi connection.Our hosts made it easy to check in and out. They were friendly and helpful. The house also has a garage space for your car. We will be back!!! Thanks!

Great location - near beach and restaurants, coffee, etc. on Main St. House was comfortable for 5 adults and having a parking spot in the garage was nice. House had a few minor issues - blinds that weren't mounted correctly, a toilet tank that had a minor leak (and therefore ran for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so), dishwasher tray that would not slide in an out easily.

We loved everything about this property! We had 6 adults in our group and the house was perfect! Very comfortable living spaces, beautiful spa-like bathrooms and very comfortable beds! The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed; it had everything we needed. Wonderful, private outdoor space with grills and a gas fire pit. The location is perfect! We walked to the beach and to restaurants and shopping on Main St. Great beach community for walking and bike riding. Short drive to Alamitos Bay for paddle boarding.Our host was very easy to work with and was responsive to our questions. Check-in and out were very easy. This property is a good value for all that it has to offer. I highly recommend this property and we would love to stay there again.

The house is way roomier than the pictures can show. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses of all sorts for all your favorite adult beverages. There are two living rooms. Both very roomy. The backyard was perfect… plenty of seating, pretty string lights, a tire table and the sound of the ocean made everything just right. I stayed with my family. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us to chill together yet roomy enough for everyone to spread out. We plan on coming back again. It was just right. And super clean. And the host provided all of the info we needed in advance and was great with communication. The beach was super close!! It was a very short walk. Like a 3 minute walk, definitely less than 5 minutes. Tip: when lighting the fire table keep the gas low so that the fire doesn’t scare the heck out of you, lol. You do need a lighter to do it. So, turn the gas on low (you can hear it) then Use the lighter in the very center.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat...a short block to the beach...and minutes to Main Street in Seal Beach (restaurants, shops, etc). The house is larger than it looks from the outside. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and for additional family members who came for brunch. It was well stocked. I found the parking a little anxiety-provoking. A space in a garage (tight for 2 cars) and a "virtual" parking permit, if needed. The managing agent responded to questions within minutes, which was great. We would recommend this property and would rent it, if available, were we to return to the area another time.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are comfortable, the house is large and well kept. It is clean and well stocked and close to the beach and Main Street. The backyard/courtyard gets sun and the porch and chairs around the firepit are well kept and a great place to hang out. Jennifer is great, responsive and friendly. Seal Beach is a wonderful town and this house very much represents the area and its charms.

We had a wonderful time at this Seal Beach home. The house was clean and beautiful. Jennifer, the owner, was helpful and quick to reply. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the pier and Main street. Best part of the house was the little backyard with a patio and fire pit. It was the perfect place to relax and end each day with a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Old Town Seal Beach was absolutely perfect. This home is large and comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Seal Beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very nice and responded promptly to every question we had. We will definitely be back and may even consider staying for a few weeks at a time. That’s how much we love Seal Beach and enjoyed this particular rental.
