Beautiful beach house in a nice location on Seal Beach, walkable to the pier and downtown

Beautiful beach house in a nice location, near the end of Seal Beach, walkable to the pier and downtown area. The house was roomy, comfortable and well furnished, with a nice balcony and roof deck.

They provided a few tea bags, but no coffee?

Great place for quiet adult retreats like honeymoon or anniversary.

Location was great. Access to beach, bars, and restaurants.

Downstairs air conditioner did not cool well. Second floor shade broken. Door lock is either broken or needs better direction on how to use. Neighbors are less than welcoming. Loud conversations, construction, and arguments easily heard.
