About this house rental
Beach front house. Located in Belmont Shore California. Bottom floor is open floor plan living room has a pool table and seating dining room has seating for six and kitchen has a large island with seating and fully stocked. Upstairs Master bedroom with King size bed and smart TV. Master bath has a tub and walk in shower.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed on bottom and full size bed on top . 3rd room has a queen size bed . Family room has A couch that makes out to a bed. With a large sliding doors that open up to a balcony where you can sit and watch the boats and the occasional seal or dolphin. Roof top deck with lynx bbq. Full views of ocean, bay, Catalina, Queen Mary, and the Southern California Mountains. There is also a two car garage .Paddle boards rentals ,kayaks rentals , bike rentals , snack, shack, playground, basketball courts, Pickleball courts, and giant floating obstacle course in front of the house on the beach . Just a short 2 block walk to 2nd Street for great restaurants, shops and bars. And you can ride a bike or Uber a short distance to the Long Beach convention center and aquarium . Beach chairs,unbrella and towels provided. STREET IS CLOSED IN SUMMER 9-5 So people can walk bike and skate in the street. We are 40 minutes from Disneyland 30 minutes to Knottsberry farm 45 minutes to Hollywood and about an hour to Lego land. Great place for families and romantic getaways not a place for raging parties or events like weddings our neighbors will have the party shut down in a minute....!

The house is great!! It has a very mediterranean vibe and was really cool and well appointed, and has so may fun little features (the downstairs bathroom off the kitchen was my favorite ). Lots of throw blankets and a cute little Harry Potter nook for the kiddos. The location is amazing, the best part! Gorgeous views from the roof and the balcony, and there is a giant sliding door on the balcony that turns that floor into outside/inside living. We loved sitting in the chairs inside reading and looking out to the little bay, or laying on the loungers on the roof. Your a 2 minute walk from the place to rent SUP, kayaks, etc., which also has a little hamburger grill and bar, where you can sit and have a drink and a snack. If you have a pup, there is helpful strips of grass right across the street for quick potty breaks.The house had a ton of towels and extra sheets, and a nice large laundry room if needed. The toiletries are basic, so recommend ladies and men who really care to pack their own. :)If you are driving and have room to bring your own beach gear, I would recommend it. The chairs/umbrellas there are pretty old and worn, but are useable.We'd definitely stay here again, great house!Future renters: note the garage is in the alley behind the house, but go to the front of the house first to get in and get the garage door opener, and then drive around to the alley.

From the moment we booked the communication was stellar. The host provided clear instructions and local recommendations that made our trip so much easier. The home itself is a coastal paradise, very spacious and beautiful inside and out and steps to the water. Having a large roof top deck made it nice for boat watching and sunsets. The whole experience was amazing and thank you for a 5 star experience.
