Set within the scenic Bear Hollow community, First Tracks Park City is a thoughtfully remodeled mountain residence overlooking Utah Olympic Park and surrounding protected open space. Designed for comfort and ease, the home offers a seamless balance of elevated interiors and immediate access to Park City's year-round lifestyle. Canyons Village is just minutes away, placing world-class skiing, dining, and outdoor adventure effortlessly within reach.
Inside, the home opens to a warm and inviting main level centered around a sunken living room, an intimate space designed for gathering after a day on the mountain. Expansive windows frame the natural landscape, filling the home with light and a sense of connection to its surroundings. Just beyond, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen offers modern appliances and generous space for both casual mornings and relaxed evenings in. The living spaces extend naturally outdoors, where a private balcony provides a quiet setting for morning coffee, summer evenings, or a peaceful moment under the stars.
Accommodations are arranged to provide both comfort and privacy for up to ten guests. The primary suite on the upper level features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and separate shower. Additional guest rooms include a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds. On the lower level, a private guest suite with a queen bed and ensuite bath offers flexibility as either a secluded retreat or an additional living space.
The home is designed to complement the rhythm of a mountain stay, with a private hot tub for après-ski evenings and access to a year round clubhouse and fitness facility, pool during the summer months. A shared outdoor barbecue area provides a relaxed setting for casual gatherings, while garage parking ensures convenience throughout your stay.

A great space — comfortable, large and well appointed but a bit of distance from amenities — pool, clubhouse, etc. Listing indicated presence of a BBQ grill, but was apparently referring to a community grill (which didn’t work well) a 10-minute walk from the unit. Overall, however, we had a great visit.

The location to the Utah Olympic Park, as well as shopping and restaurants was great. A quick 10 minute drive to downtown Park City was easy.The open floor plan, big dining table, TVs in all the rooms, comfortable beds, all made this a great place for our vacation.Check in and communication with host was easy.Overall great stay. Highly recommended.
